Droid is not completely hands free.

Here’s a bad news if you are a droid user, the smart phone doesn’t support Bluetooth voice dialing commands. To use this feature (voice dialing), you have to enable it in the mail menu where you have speak a command in your own voice to enable it once you speak the command you also need to confirm the command on the phone. The voice dialing on the phone is accurate enough when done directly but with the introduction of Bluetooth, things became a bit complicated

The smart phone doesn’t seem to pickup the voice commands over the Bluetooth, which is a bad news for droid users. DriveSafe.ly is a prefect droid application for your smart phone which can help you talk to your friends or text them when you are on drive which means it helps you to drive safely. The application is very flexible which will allow you to customize the settings for your comfort. The application can read out the incoming mails and messages and could reply for you depending on the situation of your availability.
